Garnier Ultimate Blends Restoring Body Lotion & Butter Honey Treasures - Review ♥

Hey guys!
Today's post is going to be on 'Garnier Ultimate Blends Restoring Body Lotion & Butter Honey Treasures for Very Dry Skin'

I was sent these products a while ago to review. I would have done this review earlier but I always like to try out body lotions and body butter for a few weeks before giving my opinion on them so I can give you an in depth review on the product.
If i'm being honest if I wasn't sent this product to review I probably wouldn't have picked it up for myself unless I had heard brilliant things from others.
I'm not a huge fan of body lotions and butters as they usually take FOREVER to soak into the skin and you can't get dressed for a while after putting it on and i usually just skip it completely.

There are 4 ultimate options in this range all to suit to your skin;

Delicate Oat (Dry sensitive)
A gentle blend of oat cream and almond milk oil, carefully tailored to soothe and restore sensitive skin.

Mythic Olive (Dry Skin)

An authentic Mediterranean scent made from a powerful elixir of extra virgin olive oil to nourish and hydrate dry skin.

Marvellous Oils (Normal Skin)

This precious mixture of argan and camellia oil is a wonderful ritual to help keep skin hydrated and soft.

Honey Treasures (Very Dry Skin)

Very dry skin is a thing of the past thanks to three treasures from the beehive to nourish and restore.

I do suffer from very dry skin on my face and on patches on my body.
First of all the smell of these products are beautiful. It is such a difficult smell to try and describe but it has a light floral smell. It smells soooo good, you will just have to take my word for it if you can't get around to smelling it!
The products contain 3 treasures from the beehive which are Royal Jelly to restore moisture back into the skin, Propolis which acts as a protective barrier to the skin and Honey to nourish and smooth!
The one thing i like about these products is that they do sink straight into the skin and like it says on the packaging "non greasy, non sticky" which is always what you want when you want to put in that little extra time pampering yourself but don't want to have to wait a year for it to try and skin but just plastering a greasy layer over the top.

I first tried the body butter after a shower and loved how it just melts into the skin. Some body butters I have used in the past are all clumpy and leave little gritty bits on the skin. This doesn't do that at all! The body butter is really good for people who suffer with dry skin on their feet. I know it is not intentionally used for the feet but if you apply this product before you go to bed and put warm fluffy socks that have been on the radiator on and left to soak in overnight to then wash your feet the morning after your feet feel so smooth and silky it's amazing!

The next week I used the lotion which comes with a very handy pump topper. The consistency of this product is nice and thin meaning it soaks into the skin nice and quick for you to get dressed. I like to use this mainly on my arms, chest and hands. This product is better if you are in a rush and wanting to moisturise your skin before quickly needing to throw on some clothes and leave the house. If you have more time the butter is better and I feel moisturises the skin more.

It is going to take me a while to get through these products but I do look forward to carrying on using it to see if in the long run it does help clear up my dry skin in the long run.
If you would like to buy these products you can find them at your local drugstore or supermarket!
